Latest In Beauty Weekend Away Beauty Box

I've fallen out of love with beauty subscription boxes recently. Having been subscribed to both Birchbox and Glossybox in the past, I felt that I was becoming more and more disappointed with what I was receiving and could have better spent my £10+ each month. I do still however keep an eye out for Latest In Beauty's Collections to see if any of them take my fancy, as I know what I'll be getting before I part with my money. Their Weekend Away box looked to be really good value for money and had a lot of products I've wanted to try, so off into my online basket it went. So, what did I get inside...?

Garnier Miracle Sleeping Cream This is an anti aging face cream, which I guess I should start looking into as I'm approaching 30. It promises to reduce the signs of fatigue (something I'm much in need of from a product!) and leave the skin hydrated and more radiant. It's a full size product which is great, and I'm really looking forward to trying it out.

Ren Moroccan Rose Otto Body Lotion Body lotions and butters in beauty boxes don't interest me greatly as I have so many, but this one is a really handy size for travelling with (let's face it, I'm not going to take my giant The Body Shop butters away with me!) and actually smells quite nice considering I'm not keen on rose scented things.

Nails Inc Sloane Mews Nail Polish This isn't the sort of nail polish shade I'd reach for at this time of year, but I will put it away in my stash for autumn/winter as it does look really pretty. I love Nails Inc polishes but cannot justify buying one on its own, so I love that they feature in beauty boxes so much. Usually that come as little samples, but this one is full size, which makes it worth almost the price of the box on its own!

Charles Worthington Moisture Seal Hair Healer Leave In Conditioner I've made some great discoveries from Charles Worthington in the past, and this is one product that I've wanted to try for a while so I was happy to see this on the list of contents. My hair needs all the moisture it can get at the moment, and this promises to leave it feeling nourished without being weighed down. This is something I'd probably use before a weekend away to ensure my locks were in the best possible condition for the trip.

Philosophy Renewed Hope In A Jar Eye Cream This is another product I've wanted to try for a really long time, as I know a lot of people love it. I just find Philosophy to be a little pricey, so it's one of those products I'd want to try before I buy - and now I can! Eye creams are one part of my skincare routine that I often skip, so this is going into my stash straight away.

Sanctuary Spa Ultimate Cleansing Oil Sanctuary was a brand you never really heard too much about until recently. I feel like they've upped their game quite a bit and now everyone seems to be raving about their skincare products. Cleansing oils are a product I love to use, but I am yet to try this one so I can't wait to give it a go.

Merumaya Integrative Effective Skincare Mud Marvels Mask This sample is teeny tiny, but it's the perfect size for taking away with you as a single use product, maybe two uses at a push. My skin has been playing up big time recently. I don't normally suffer from bad breakouts, but my forehead looks terrible! I'm definitely giving this a go soon to see if it can make a difference where my spots are concerned, without leaving my skin dry.

Melvita L'Or Bio Huile Extraordinaire This is a dry oil that can be used all over; face, body and hair. This is another little sample that would be perfect for travel, but at the same time it's one of those products I don't think I'd use a lot of in one go, so I think it would still last a while. Melvita is a brand I've never used before, but having already given this a quick spritz, I can tell you it smells gorgeous. I'm going to enjoy using this as I love a good body oil in the summer.

The Organic Pharmacy Marigold & Comfrey Hand Cream This was probably the least exciting product in the box, but you always need hand cream so it will come in handy and eventually get used at least. Again this smells really nice, and it's a brand of hand cream I've not used before, so I'm looking forward to trying something new,

I'm really happy with this beauty box and I think I've got really good value for money. There's not one item in this box that I can say I won't get round to using eventually, and there's some really exciting products in here. I'll definitely be taking the Merumaya face mask and Melvita oil with me when I go away for my wedding anniversary next week, and I'm looking forward to adding the skincare products into my routine to give them a good testing. The box is available to buy here for just £20.00 plus p&p.
